Above is a picture of a carpet cleaning we did in Mesa AZ. This particular customer had for years cleaned her own carpets with a store rented cleaner and had used to much soap in her solution. The store rented machine was incapable of recovering all of that soap so it sat in the carpet and attracted dirt.
